HoopCity Fest is open to players of all skill levels. Teams compete in a 3-on-3 format, with divisions based on age and competition level. Each team must register in advance through our official registration link. Team spots are limited, so early registration is highly encouraged. Spectators do not need to register unless purchasing VIP access.

Team registration includes guaranteed games, professional referees, a structured tournament bracket, and access to prizes and awards. General admission grants access to the full HoopCity Fest experience — including live music, entertainment, food vendors, local brands, giveaways, and a high-energy festival atmosphere throughout the day.

HoopCity Fest takes place in downtown Visalia, where select streets will be transformed into a multi-court basketball festival. Expect a professionally organized event with clearly marked courts, check-in areas, staff support, security, and spectator zones. Parking information, check-in times, and the full event schedule will be shared prior to the event to ensure a smooth experience for players and attendees.
